These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ignite Electric’s (“we,” “us,” or “our”) website and services. By accessing or using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Acceptance of Terms


By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.


2. Services


Ignite Electric provides electrical contracting services, including but not limited to installations, repairs, maintenance, renovations, and emergency electrical services for residential, commercial, industrial, and civil sectors.


3. Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes provided by Ignite Electric are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise specified.

• Prices quoted include labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the completion of specified work unless explicitly stated otherwise.


4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are clearly stated on invoices. Payment is due upon completion of work or according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

• We reserve the right to charge late fees and interest on overdue balances at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Projects may be canceled by providing written notice. You will be responsible for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at our discretion based on work completed and costs incurred.


6. Warranty and Guarantees

• We offer a one-year warranty on workmanship and comply with all manufacturer warranties for installed equipment and materials.

• Our warranty excludes damages due to misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.


7. Liability Limitation

• Ignite Electric’s liability shall be limited to direct damages only and shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service.

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.


8. Customer Obligations

• Customers must ensure access to the work site during agreed-upon hours.

• Customers agree to clear the workspace to ensure safe and efficient operation.


9. Compliance and Safety

• Ignite Electric strictly adheres to local, provincial, and federal electrical codes and standards.

• We reserve the right to suspend services if unsafe conditions exist until resolved by the customer.


10. Intellectual Property


All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are owned or licensed by Ignite Electric and may not be used without written permission.


11. Termination


Ignite Electric reserves the right to terminate any agreement immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or unsafe working conditions.


12. Dispute Resolution


Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Act of Ontario.


13. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.


14. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws of Canada.
